What do I need to start using DriveLogic?
You need a valid driving licence held for at least 12 months, a smartphone with our app, and a credit or debit card for payment. After registration, we'll verify your licence and you can start booking vehicles immediately.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your membership tier and usage. All rates include fuel, insurance, and maintenance. You're charged for the time you use the vehicle, calculated from unlock to lock. Additional charges may apply for late returns or cleaning fees.
What happens if I have an accident?
All bookings include comprehensive insurance coverage. In case of an accident, contact our 24/7 emergency line immediately. We'll guide you through the process and arrange alternative transport if needed. You may be liable for an excess fee depending on circumstances.
Can I book vehicles in advance?
Yes, Regular and Business members can book vehicles up to 7 days in advance. Occasional members can book up to 24 hours ahead. We recommend booking popular times early, especially weekends and holidays.
What if I need to extend my booking?
You can extend your booking through the app if the vehicle isn't reserved by another member. Extensions are charged at your standard hourly rate. If the vehicle is needed by another member, you'll receive a notification to return it on time.
